Tour Plan

Day 1 - São Paulo

Recommended arrival in São Paulo for morning start the next day to the Atlantic Rainforest. Arrival on this day can be at any time clients prefer. Hotel is not included and can be any of the preference of the client. There’s a list with some recommendations.

Day 2 - Trilha dos Tucanos

Morning travel to Trilha dos Tucanos (~4 hrs). Clients can also arrive on this day, but it needs to be an early flight, as we should leave around 07 or 08:00 AM. Photography at the feeders and multiflash. Night possibility for nocturnal animals such as racoon and tapir.

Day 3 - Activities

Day at Trilha dos Tucanos. Activities include the different feeders, forest hides and short forest walks passing through beautiful rainforest and creeks. I will have a multi flash hummingbird setup for our use.

Day 4 - Back to São Paulo

Morning at Trilha dos Tucanos. Check-out of the room may have to be at 10:00. After lunch transfer to Panamby Hotel (~4 hrs).

Note that dinner on this day is included only for those coming from the Atlantic Rainforest extension, those joining the tour now and staying with us in the same hotel will pay for the hotel and dinner separately. Because the flight the next day is early in the morning, all clients must arrive a day before and for ease of logistics it’s best if they stay with us at Panamby.
